And finally, we are committed to maintaining relationships with our customers. Our relationship commitment is based on continuous two-way communications that POSnet enables by providing secure access to a client relationship Web site specifically set aside for each client account.

The Web site is where clients can find out about new developments that might be of interest to them and where they can also resolve problems specific to their account. Here’s a sample of the processes that each client’s privileged user is provided at their customized POSnet Web site:

  1. Problem reporting
    The place to report non-urgent problems or questions and where you will receive a response within 24 hours.
  2. Problem resolution status
    The place to find the history and status of all problems, including urgent technical problems reported by the client.
  3. Frequently Asked Questions
    Search by key word(s) to locate information about topics related to POSnet systems and services
    .
  4. Access POSnet's On-line User Manual
    Ideal for training purposes and to find out how to use new features
    .
  5. General feedback
    A place where the client let's us know about their experiences with our system and share ideas for future improvements. These communications will often be shared with our other clients
    .
  6. Re-order supplies
    Just do it on-line. No need for paperwork

Fees
Currently your use of this POSnet CRM is provided FREE of charge by POSnet; however, POSnet reserves the right to implement, change or increase fees as service functionality increases or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice in writing. If Member fails to pay such fees when and as they become due, POSnet reserves the right to terminate such Member's access to this POSnet CRM.
